KNOW WHAT YOU’RE PAYING FOR

Coverage without the guesswork.

01

Keep your number

Your existing advertised number stays with your carrier. The included routing number receives forwarded calls.

02

Minutes, not calls

Call lengths vary. Your plan includes 300 AI minutes. A three-minute call uses three included minutes.

03

Usage is visible

Review voice and messaging usage in the workspace. Included allowances and overage rates are shown before paid activation.

04

No separate voice account

Your business does not need its own Twilio or AI provider account. Accountibell manages the integration.

A few things to know about your after-hours coverage.

What is Accountibell?

Accountibell is AI call intake and on-call accountability software for service businesses. It captures after-hours requests, alerts the on-call team, tracks acknowledgement and customer contact separately, and keeps routine requests in a morning follow-up queue.

Do I need to change my business phone number?

No. Keep advertising your existing number. Forward after-hours or unanswered calls to your dedicated Accountibell routing number using your current phone provider’s forwarding settings.

How is acknowledgement different from customer contact?

Acknowledgement records that a team member has accepted the lead. Customer contact is a separate action recording who contacted the customer, when, and by which method. Accepting an alert does not mean the customer was called back.

What happens when the on-call person does not acknowledge?

Your configured escalation rules send reminders and notify the backup and owner. The lead stays visible so the team can see that follow-up is still needed.

Does the AI book appointments or quote a price?

No. The current intake workflow gathers the request and passes it to your team. It does not promise prices, appointment times, technician availability, or arrival times.

Do technicians need a new phone number?

No. Team members receive alerts on their existing mobile phones. The business uses one dedicated routing number managed through Accountibell.

Are calls recorded?

Audio recording is off by default. Transcript storage is a separate setting. Your business should configure disclosure and retention settings before receiving live calls.
